Frequently asked about Split PDF

Does my PDF get uploaded?
No. The splitter runs entirely in your browser via the pdf-lib library; only a one-pixel usage event is sent to count tier consumption.
What's the page-range syntax?
Comma-separated. Use a hyphen for ranges (1-5), a single number for one page (8). Example: '1-5, 8, 10-12' produces three output PDFs.
Can I split into 1 PDF per page?
Yes — write each page as a single number: '1, 2, 3, 4, 5'. For very long PDFs that's tedious; we'll add a 'one-PDF-per-page' button in V2.
