Frequently asked about Merge PDF

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?

No hard limit per merge operation. You can combine 2 or 200 PDFs. The total file size must fit within your tier's PDF size cap (10 MB free, 500 MB Pro).

Can I reorder pages within a single PDF?

Yes — drop one PDF and drag pages to reorder before merging. To split a PDF first, use the PDF Split tool.

Does the merged PDF preserve bookmarks and metadata?

Bookmarks from the first PDF are preserved. Metadata (title, author) takes from the first file. For deeper bookmark preservation we'd need a server-side merge path — on the roadmap.
