How to use Invoice Generator
About 2 minutes, start to finish.

Open the invoice builder
Visit /tools/business/invoice-generator.

Fill the header
Invoice number, issue date, due date. Defaults to net 30 days.

Add your business + client details
Two free-form blocks. Include VAT number where applicable for B2B.

Add line items
Description, quantity, unit price. The subtotal + VAT + total recalculate live.

Pick VAT rate + currency, then download
GBP / EUR / USD. PDF generates entirely in your browser via pdf-lib — nothing uploads.
Frequently asked about Invoice Generator
Is this VAT-compliant?
Compliant with UK + most EU requirements — invoice number, issue date, both parties' details, VAT rate + amount, total. Add your VAT registration number in the From block. Check your country's specific format requirements.
Can I save customer + business presets?
Saved presets ship in V2. For now, save your business block as a snippet somewhere and paste each time. The build is browser-only so we don't store anything across sessions.
Currencies?
GBP, EUR, USD today. For other currencies edit the source field after generation in a PDF editor, or wait for the multi-currency picker in Wave 2.
